I fill out the form, all mandatory fields are completed but the next button is greyed out. Logging the request via service.hornbill.com or via the analyst view of live.hornbill.com works fine (same PC). This is impacting only one RI as far as I can tell. Dan Munns Posted February 19, 2020 Author Share Posted February 19, 2020 Hi Miro, There are no conditional fields on the request form: Most fields are dynamic drop downs or free text fields.
