Hi all, 

I have noticed that on forms with a Summary field, when clicking into the field, it displays the search filter options.

I am assuming that this is to do with the fact that users logging calls can have current FAQs/Known errors etc displayed to help mitigate multiple calls or stop calls if an FAQ article exists.

It does feel a little confusing though:

Also the text 'known Issue' is missing a capitalised 'K' :)

@Daniel Dekel I think showing only if it has results would be a good option. Maybe only showing the filters it has options under, with a number for how many articles/known errors there are.

I am assuming that clicking an option will open it either in a pop out or a separate tab?

@Dan Munns it does show the number of results for each category but we also have a change to make to place the number in the actual category link rather than in a new line.

Ans yes, it will open the link in  a new tab ;-) in some case and in other cases (like the FAQs it will show inline)
