Hi,

when I am trying to add new widgets ("links" for instance) to the Main Page an error message pops up. Is anybody else having the same issue?

Thanks

Hi @Daniel,

I'm trying to replicate this problem but without success.

Can you please provide more details about what you do?

Can you also provide the browser and operating system  you use?

I've tried:

  1. Go to a domain page (like IT)
  2. Click on the Design button
  3. Opened the available widgets and dragged it to the page widgets list
  4. Pressed the "Save" button.

Thanks.

Daniel.

Hi @Daniel,

Could you try either add a new visibility to that page? Either of Basic Users or All Users and try to do the same steps?

Click on the Pencil icon

and then add a new visibility version or switch visibility version (Current visibility versions)

Thanks,

Thanks @Daniel for testing this. I think there is a problem with one of the APIs in your server that has already been fixed last week but it requires a restart of your server in order for it to take effect.
Restarting the server could take from a second up to a minute. I'll need your permission to do the restart as it will log people out from their sessions once it's done.

We can also restart after working hours if you prefer?

Please let us know.

Thanks,

Daniel.

@Daniel checking with the cloud team (the ones who will restart the server) they require an official email to cloudsupport@hornbill.com by one of the supported users in your company. We have Carl and Janette.

Thanks,

Daniel.

Hi @Daniel,

I finally found the issue. The "Nama" property of the page is mandatory but is not enforced by the User Interface. I've added the default name "Company Home". Feel free to change it after that, but you must put something.
I'll make sure this issue is resolved in the next build.

Can you please test it to make sure is OK now?

Thanks,

Daniel

Thank you @Victor!
