Dan Munns Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 Hi all, Before I raise this as an issue with support, I have noticed that some emails do not log the subject / email body as the summary / description. I raise the request and the info shows up fine. Some of my service desk guys log request and the fields are blank. It looks almost like a permissions issue, but this used to work and I have made no changes to email settings or user permissions. Any ideas?
