HHH Posted February 6, 2020 Share Posted February 6, 2020 When a customer uses quotes " " in a request summary, these are html encoded but when displaying in the request summary the encoded text is not shown as " but as " It possibly also applies to other encoded characters. Martyn Houghton Posted February 6, 2020 Share Posted February 6, 2020 This cause issue for us as well and also causes display issue in Customer Portal request list as well. The fact that emails entered through the UI also have the issue as well with characters like the < and >.
