Is there a way of extracting the data from the booking to appear in the call logged with captured information from bookings to appear in the call as well as custom fields? James Ainsworth Posted February 7, 2020 Share Posted February 7, 2020 Hi Shamaila, While we can usually develop iBridge integrations that manages information going from Hornbill to a third party app, in this case you would have to consider what ability MS Bookings has to interact with our APIs. Or possibly if there are export options from MS Bookings that could then be imported using our importing tools.
