MS Bookings

I am using MS Bookings for an upcoming project of mine and hopefully would like to make use of this application for other things.

 

Is there a way of extracting the data from the booking to appear in the call logged with captured information from bookings to appear in the call as well as custom fields?

Data such as: Name of user, date & time of booking, location, answers to set questions etc.

Hi Shamaila,

While we can usually develop iBridge integrations that manages information going from Hornbill to a third party app, in this case you would have to consider what ability MS Bookings has to interact with our APIs.  Or possibly if there are export options from MS Bookings that could then be imported using our importing tools.  I'm afraid that I'm not familiar with MS Bookings to understand its abilities or data structure.
