@davidrb84 there was an issue with the host machine serving your instance which experience a sudden increase in CPU usage peaking at 100% around 11:08. This effectively mean that Hornbill service was unable to process any request at that time, leading to the entire service becoming unavailable. We fixed the issue affecting the CPU around 11:18 which restored the service availability. Apologies for the inconveniences this has caused.
