Karen - Gleeds Posted February 4, 2020 Share Posted February 4, 2020 We have a number of emails that are stored in various folders, some of these folders have over 1000 emails within them. When scrolling down the emails within a folder only 500 emails are shown as an alert appears stating "Reached the max records to load (500) ). Is there a way to increase the maximum limit of this? Daniel Dekel Posted February 5, 2020 Share Posted February 5, 2020 Hi @Karen - Gleeds, There isn't a setting for that because more than 500 records will be too much for the browser to cope.
