StephGill Posted January 31, 2020 Share Posted January 31, 2020 At the moment the default assignment in a task/activity created in project manager is to a user. We have a requirement to assign these tasks to a team so that the team manager can then assign the task to the most appropriate member. AlexTumber Posted January 31, 2020 Share Posted January 31, 2020 @stepghg thanks for your post. Project Manager tasks differ in behaviour with regular tasks as they contain many more elements. We are currently limiting the assignment of project tasks to individual users only. However we have a big piece of functionality that is in active development which will allow you to create project tasks that you can assign to an individual, a group, a role, or to no one at all.
