Katie Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 At the moment 1 day is set to 24 hours so when I look at my time spent overall over the month it shows as 7 days and I have to manually calculate the values into working days (22 days). Can we set it so that 1 day = 7.5 hours?
AlexTumber Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 Hi @Katie thanks for your post. I will pass this onto our development and product teams. Alex 1

A team outside of IT are looking to use timesheet manager, so fixing this issue around the displayed values not relating to a working day would be a big help in them adopting it Darren
Darren Rose Posted March 2, 2020 Posted March 2, 2020 Hi @AlexTumber Are there any updates on this functionality? Thanks Darren 1
AlexTumber Posted March 2, 2020 Posted March 2, 2020 @Darren Rose not currently I'm afraid. Hopefully it will be added soon though. Alex
AlexTumber Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 @Katie @Darren Rose I'm pleased to say that this issue has been addressed in the next Timesheet Manager update. The total time spent is now calculated based on each user's definition of the total time in a working day (default is 7 hours and 30 minutes). In this example. The user's full working day time is set to 7 hours and 30 minutes. A total of 9 hours and 30 minutes have been recorded. This is shown as 1 day and 2 hours of working time. The definition of a working day duration can be adjusted at any time in each user's preferences and the totals will adjust accordingly. Alex
Katie Posted March 26, 2020 Author Posted March 26, 2020 Hi @AlexTumber, Thank you for the update. I may be doing something wrong but my time sheet doesn't seem to be calculating as you suggested.
AlexTumber Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 @Katie the next update is not available just yet. I will post back on this thread when we push it live. Alex
