lee mcdermott
Hi, Is it possible to add a link to an email (i.e. a closure email sent to customer) and the link takes the user direct to feedback questions? thanks lee
Martyn Houghton
@lee mcdermott When opening a request on the portal that is waiting for Feedback it should pop up when open the request, so you should be able to use the normal link format that can be used to view a request. https://customer.horbill/com/<instance>/servicemanager/request/view/{{.H_pk_reference}} Cheers Martyn

lee mcdermott
@Martyn Houghton Hi Martin, I have tried that but doesn't seem to work for me? can't resolve the url I have also tried going to the call in the service portal and capturing the link when I have the call open e.g https://service.hornbill.com/instance name/servicemanager/service/11/request/view/IN00095689 i have replaced the instance name with our actual instance name. Using this link only seems to take you back to the top level https://service.hornbill.com/instance name/servicemanager lee
Martyn Houghton
@lee mcdermott If remove the service element does that work servicemanager/request/view/request/view/IN00095689 Cheers Martyn
