Summary field updating

We think this is since November 2019: 

The h_summary field in the PCF is overwriting the current summary each time we have a node retrieving the PCF answers. We've sometimes appended things by this point and it's wiping them out. 

As we need to react to the answers across multiple stages, and each stage needs it's own 'get PCF answers' node that we can link to decisions, this is overwriting any appending/updating we've done to the summary. 

Let me know if I haven't made sense here. I suspect the simplest answer is to remove the summary field from the PCF, and have it written early in the BPM.

You sure there isn't any subsequent node for updating request details which will overwrite the summary? PM me the process definition and I'll have a look
