Asset Change log

Hello All and @SupportAccount

we are looking for something like a Asset Change Log. How are you handling that? we thought about a document linked to an asset where our admins have to enter all their changes of an asset, Installation documentation, settings and so on. And link the document to the asset. Or is there something like a change log for assets where we can see all changes to that asset?

Any Ideas very welcome.

Each asset has a section for showing linked requests.  You could have this part of your change management were each change on an asset needs to be done using a change request linked to the asset.

@James Ainsworth you are absolutely right and this is exactly what we are doing with our change management. But after some years i will say you have more than 100 changes linked and then you would maybe have this in a kind of overview where you can also see detailed information's from all changes which is linked. In your view you just see the summary and often this is not meaningful. Then you have to click to all changes and open every change to see the timeline with the detailed information.
