7oaks Posted January 16, 2020 Share Posted January 16, 2020 Just changed the email in the BPM for New calls logged via the Portal and got the following error when validating. I am trying to make it generic as i cant seem to make the email specific to Incidents and Service Requests for IT Services and the same for Facilities Management Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Deen Posted January 20, 2020 Share Posted January 20, 2020 @7oaks that looks like a timeout, possibly during a period of inactivity. I take it your browser had not been idle for a while before this.
