@Paul Alexander,

We patched your instance at time while preparing a Service Manager build. The build that your instance is currently on (1838) already includes the fix for the reported issue. Would you be able to raise a request with our Customer Success team so that they could look into this for you? I won't be able to access your instance or the Request that you've referenced as developers have no access to Hornbill instances in line with our security policy.
