query Bulk Insert of Subscriptions - no longer able to use INSERT in Database Direct

Following the change to restrict Database Direct to SQL SELECT only in ESP Build 3237, I am no longer able to do a bulk insert into h_itsm_servicesubscriptions against organisations loaded in using the Organisation Import Tool, as part of bring on board a new division to our existing instance.

Can you please advise how I request this to be done?

@Martyn Houghton - I think it was explained about why no more INSERT. Now, I understand that part of the organisation import you are looking to perform other actions such as subscriptions? I can have a look integrating this in the import tool, I would need to have a use case to understand what and how needs to be done.

The issue is is that we are doing live migrations as we speak and the next three weeks, so we will need a method to get these updates done now rather than having to wait for the updated tool.

In out test transfer we where able to do these updates and the ESP build change was done without warning.
