I have recently added a number of FAQs to one of our Service Portfolios and named them Q1, Q2, Q3 etc

However, when I look at them in the Self Service Portal, the ordering is out and it starts with Q4.  I noticed this occurred after I gave one of the FAQs a thumbs up.  Is there a way of setting the order structure?

Thanks for your post.

As you have discovered the order is based on the most liked FAQs.  There isn't currently an option in the portals to sort the FAQs in any other order.  We may look at providing options in the new Employee Portal.
