Lauren Posted December 19, 2019 Posted December 19, 2019 Hi We are trying to report on the following: - Number of times customers (basic users) have updated requests via the portal (service.hornbill.com...) - Number of times customers (basic users) have updated requests via email (we have a rule in place that automatically updates requests with the email if the subject line contains the request reference). Is there a way of easily reporting on both of these? We have tried but are a little stuck Thanks Lauren
