Martyn Houghton Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 We are looking to to use Board Manager for tracking Service Manager Requests which are approaching SLA targets using the Escalation Actions, however to make it more useful, we need to look at displaying some additional information on the cards for each request. Is the default card content currently configurable? i.e. so we can include additional fields from the request entity? Cheers Martyn
TrevorHarris Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Hi @Martyn Houghton I currently don't think its possible to configure what appears on the card when its added by servicemanager, I will let raise this with the appropriate team internally to see if its possible any configuration can be added here Thanks Trevor H
Martyn Houghton Posted December 16, 2019 Author Posted December 16, 2019 @TrevorHarris Thanks for confirming that it is not currently possible. If you can indeed raise it with the Service Manager team, it would make the Cards and Boards more useful, without the need to open everyone to view the details. Cheers Martyn
James Ainsworth Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Hi Martyn, I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but you can update the card content based on variables which can be taken from a request. So, provided that the info that you would like to show in the card, can be put into a variable, you might be able to achieve this.
Martyn Houghton Posted December 17, 2019 Author Posted December 17, 2019 @James Ainsworth These are cards being added to the Board Manger via the Service Level Management escalation actions, so there is only the ability to add to the board and choose the lane. Cheers Martyn
