Alisha Posted December 12, 2019 Posted December 12, 2019 Hello, I was just wondering if it would be possible to request custom fields on resolutions, please. What we have in mind is having an FAQ tick box that the technicians can use when they resolve the request so that we know which resolutions to turn into FAQs. This would be easier for them to do than edit the Details form and tick the box there. Many thanks, Alisha
James Ainsworth Posted December 12, 2019 Posted December 12, 2019 Hi Alisha, Custom fields or options on the resolution are not available at the moment. Having a way to flag or mark a resolution as potential FAQ or KB document is something that we have considered in the past. We do plan on more work around Knowledge Management in the future for which this would become one of the options. Nothing in the short term unfortunately. Regards, James
