New Update: Hornbill Admin Tool (1130)

Hello Everyone

The latest build of Hornbill Admin Tool (1130) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

New

• Apps - Advanced Analytics - Widgets: Countlist widget, add ability to copy a list item.
• ITOM - Installed Packages: Add ability to import and update packages from library (enabled from server build 3222 onwards)
• Apps - Workflow - BPM Editor: added ability to copy a process version back to draft in the version/publish info form.
• System - Working Time Calendars - Calendar: "Add System Exclusions" button will add exclusions to list as defined in system settings "system.defaultWorkingTime.exclusions"

Change

• System - Data - Profiles: Show record key for selected profile code and make the description field a small text area
• Workflow - BPM - BPM Editor: Automation Node - do not default "run as" credentials to admin credentials when they are not set.
• -
• Workflow - BPM - Executed Processes View: Add [i] button to list items so can quickly view status form for process.
• Workflow - BPM - Live Instance Editor: Improved layout of the process status information form [i]. Removed Error button as status info is now shown in the info form.

Fix

• Apps - Workflow - PCF Editor: fixed default tooltip for custom expression
• ITOM - Job Queue - Job Lists: Now resets the check all flag when refreshing, filtering or deleting jobs
• System - Org Data - Users: If users site no longer exists show warning and clear current value so a new site can be selected.
• ITOM - Views: Various view breadcrumb labels were not set to dynamically change to view title.
• ITOM - Job Scheduling - Job History: The job table filters are now fixed and the status/dates are automatically updated
