Dan Munns Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Hi all, I am currently unable to create a runbook. I just get the following error, no matter the name I give it: Thanks, Dan
Graham Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 @Dan Munns Dan, we'll take a look at this. I've had a quick try in one of our test instances, and I'm able to create one. I'll let you know what we find. Graham
Guest Bauti Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 @Dan Munns Do you have any other runbook created or is the first one you're trying to create? Can you provide me with any replication steps, as I'm not being able to replicate it. Thanks, Bautista
Dan Munns Posted December 11, 2019 Author Posted December 11, 2019 @Anakin First one I am trying to create:
Guest Bauti Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 @Dan Munns thanks for the info. If you go in the admin tool to Home > Applications > Hornbill Collaboration > Business Processes Do you have any bpm there that might have the same name? Thanks,
Dan Munns Posted December 11, 2019 Author Posted December 11, 2019 @Anakin there are no BPMs there. Even if I generate the name randomly it fails.
Graham Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 @Dan Munns We think we've found the underlying cause of the problem, and we're currently determining the best way to resolve it. Unfortunately, the error message itself is misleading, in that the problem is not actually related to the uniqueness or otherwise of the name. As yet, we don't have a firm date for when a fix would be available, but I'll update you when we do. Graham
Gerry Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 @Dan Munns Sorry about that, one of the gates to prevent runbooks being on live stream were missed, this has now been removed, some testing tomorrow and it should push through the pipe. Gerry 1
