Shamaila.Yousaf Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 We use Chrome as our preferred browser for all things Hornbill related, however; I have noticed that there seems to be an issue where it does not allow us to view the update visibility to 'Team'. See screenshots below from bother browsers.
Steve Giller Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 Does this only happen when the blue "Request has been updated" bar is visible? If so, clicking that to refresh the timeline may resolve the issue. If not, try refreshing the browser window - if that allows you to change the visibility then it looks very similar to an issue we have a fix for that will be out once it's been through our internal testing. 1
