Share Documents with Basic subscribers

If my knowledge articles are in Document Manager, how can I provide the information to Basic subscribers through the Service Portal?

Hi, 

Its possible to publish documents in libraries to the service portal, you will need to give the basic users who you want to access document manager through the portal the Docmanager portal role.

You will then need to create a library (or libraries) in docmanager and publish the documents you wish to share to that library from the document page

You can then share the library with the Docmanager Portal role from the Library properties page which will make the library and any documents in it available on the portal

Thanks! So doing this would allow basic subscribers to...what? Access Documents via the waffle, use DocManger links in Requests and in Service Bulletins, access documents linked in progressive capture? Cheers.

yes this would allow them to access documents from docmanager in the main menu, they would be able to access documents through links if those documents were in libraries that were shared with them (or a role/group they belonged too).
