When a customers attempt to login to the customer portal fails the following message is shown: Error
An unexpected error occurred during login. If this problem persists, please contact your Hornbill administrator

The same error message seem to be presented regardardless the reason for the failed attempt. Different types of messages would make it easier to help the customer with this problem.
For example:

1.The User ID or password is wrong
2. The User ID is not registered in the portal

Hi @HHH,

This is done in purpose for security reasons. 

We don't want to give details about whether the user exists or not or if the username or password are wrong.

That's why is a generic message.
