description text & resolution text is no longer visible

Hi,

I have also notice that when we export data the description text & resolution text is no longer visible, I am unsure if this is a result of the slight changes I have made or not however need to quickly understand how to fix this as we require this info for client reports.

If this is exporting from the requests list, then I can confirm that there was an issue recently where some fields were not being correctly exported, these included description and resolution text. 
The issue is fixed in the next update (build > 1739) which is due out imminently, so after taking that update you should have the fields available again.

Hi both @David Hall @Victor

Yes, the export is directly from the request list, for example a lit of all calls raised in the past week for a client. I have just tried to pull a report there and no description or resolution text is showing.

@stuartmclennan this issue has been fixed in the latest SM update (build 1778) deployed to live instances this morning

Please update the SM app in your instance to the latest build to have this fixed
