new Users created on AD not appearing on Hornbill

Apologies for this query, but the only person managing our Hornbill system has now left the position so we're a bit stuck on how Hornbill was setup for our business.

Recently created new users through AD has stopped syncing with our Hornbill ticketing system. We're guessing it's something to do with the LDAP tool, but we're not sure if we actually have it in the first place. My biggest apologies for this, its just that, our knowledge with setting up Hornbill is very limited since the person who manages it has left so we're stuck with figuring out things from scratch.
