Before this change in the activitystream component, when we clicked in the three dots button of an email activity in a timeline, we could then right-click and choose "Open in new tab" (or Ctrl-Click) in the "View Email" drop down option which was really helpful. Martyn Houghton Posted November 18, 2019 Share Posted November 18, 2019 @Nanette Is there any timescale on the fix being released to live for this issue, as it causing our user issues as well, as they used the option to open the emails for reference whilst updating the request. Martyn Houghton Posted November 19, 2019 Share Posted November 19, 2019 @Nanette Unfortunately though the fix now allows you to view the email, it opens it up in the full mailbox view, rather than the individual email view. This means the user has to have additional mailbox rights to the mailbox, rather than the just the rights to view email.
