Martyn Houghton Posted November 8, 2019 Posted November 8, 2019 @Steve G I am trying to setup OneDrive integration with our corporate OneDrive account but it is failing to retrieve the meta data on the drives/account. Any ideas? Cheers Martyn
Martyn Houghton Posted November 8, 2019 Author Posted November 8, 2019 Dropped and recreated the keysafe, which seems to let it get further, but now get duplicate in the list.
Martyn Houghton Posted November 8, 2019 Author Posted November 8, 2019 It looks like the ability to 'Fetch the data source....' error comes back after a period of time, so it looks like the process only works for a period of time after revoking and reconnecting the keysafe. Cheers Martyn
Steve G Posted November 12, 2019 Posted November 12, 2019 Hi @Martyn Houghton, I've fixed this issue, we were getting an unexpected error code back from Microsoft which I've now catered for. It's been pushed to live so you should have it any time now. Cheers, Steve
Martyn Houghton Posted November 12, 2019 Author Posted November 12, 2019 @Steve G Thanks. I give that a test in the morning. Cheers Martyn
