Customer Portal Timeout

Does anyone know if there are setting for the portal timeout, we are finding that some customers that take more than 10 minutes to complete a form when resuming the form it wipes the data and you have to start again.

Is there a timeout setting/limit that can be changed or is this a limitation in our browsers etc?

@Jeremy if you head to Home > System > Manage Portal > Portal Account in the Admin tool and then choose 'customer', you'll see an option called 'Session Timeout' which is probably set to 600 or 900 seconds (10/15 minutes). You can change this to a larger number and that will keep them logged in for longer.
