Jeremy Posted November 7, 2019 Share Posted November 7, 2019 Does anyone know if there are setting for the portal timeout, we are finding that some customers that take more than 10 minutes to complete a form when resuming the form it wipes the data and you have to start again. Is there a timeout setting/limit that can be changed or is this a limitation in our browsers etc? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Chaz Posted November 8, 2019 Share Posted November 8, 2019 @Jeremy if you head to Home > System > Manage Portal > Portal Account in the Admin tool and then choose 'customer', you'll see an option called 'Session Timeout' which is probably set to 600 or 900 seconds (10/15 minutes).
