Martyn Houghton
The Service Manager In-App Reporting is not including all the columns available in the Request List view 'Export Columns' configuration. In out case at the moment we are trying to get to 'Response Time' and 'Resolve Time', as well as closure category. Columns currently listed for In-App Reporting. Columns missing from In-App but present in Request List Views export highlighted in Blue. Can these column be added in, as they are especially important for reporting on performance on closed requests. Cheers Martyn
James Ainsworth
Hi Martyn, I believe that this was being managed through a request that you have with out service desk. An associated defect record for this issue has been completed and the fix should be provided with the next Service Manager update.
Martyn Houghton
@James Ainsworth The defect with the Service Desk was to do with the Request List 'Views' export to CSV option, where the Resolve and Response time fields though populated in the database and available in the columns to export (second screenshot above) are exported as blank. The Service Desk then suggested using the In App Reporting option, which is when I then discovered this reporting option was missing the fields completely along with the others above. Therefore the existing problem/fix was for the View csv export option not the fields missing from the In App Reporting UI. Cheers Martyn
Everton1878
@James Ainsworth I'm not getting the Description Text and Resolution Text info when exporting to a CSV from a view We applied a fix last Friday which fixed an issue with other missing columns but I'm still missing these two
James Ainsworth
The defect record for this issue hasn't been released to the LIVE environment yet. Looks like it should be out next week.
