enhancements Custom Button - Conditions "Show Button if.." enhancements

At the moment all conditions specified under the  'Show Button If...' have to be true for the button to appear. Therefore can I ask for this to be extended to include the following additional options.

• Allow the insertion of multiple values, i.e. Service ID equals/is 478,480,482 etc.
• Allow the use of 'OR' logical operations.
• Additional Fields for both selection and insertion

1. Request Type
2. Customer Telephone field
3. Service Level fields

Hi,

Being able to have OR operations or match multiple values would be a good extension to the custom buttons,  I don't think we will be able to have this feature available soon however it is something I will try to add in the future.

Request Type will be available in the next Service Manager update, but the other pieces are a bit trickier to add in.

@Martyn Houghton was specifically is it that you're looking for from Service Levels to pass into an URL?

It was to allow us the capability to create/pass the 'importance' of the requests in the URL, given that we use Service Levels and not priority. So in specifically 'Service Level' field itself.
