Adrian Simpkins Posted November 1, 2019 Share Posted November 1, 2019 Hi All So we have an internal service for our On-Call staff to raise requests against so we can capture time spent, and issue details. However, one of the on-call staff has raised a handful of these requests, but they do not all show within her service manager tab where you can view all requests raised against someone. I can see new ones she has raised today, but can not see the older requests. Anyone have any idea why these requests may not be showing at all please?
