Paul Welby
When people send HTML email to hornbill, e.g. 'rich text' email, hyperlinks within it are sometimes incorrectly displayed, resulting in them not working when clicked. The exact cause of the issues seems to be at the end of the hyperlink is not correctly detected, causing extra characters to be included as part of it. This is most commonly seen as an extra '>' symbol at the end of the link. The '>' is not supposed to be part of the hyperlink, this therefore stops the link from working. Has anyone else seen or had this issue I have attached screen shots showing the issue and extra characters Paul

When viewing the email in Mail interface? When looking at the request timeline entry for an email applied to a request? When looking at request details for a request raised from an email? Paul Welby
The incorrect hyperlinks are displaying in the 'Details' view, specifically under the 'Description' section. This is after an email is received by our ICT Service Desk and has been logged on a Service Request ticket.
