Paul Welby Posted October 29, 2019 Posted October 29, 2019 When people send HTML email to hornbill, e.g. 'rich text' email, hyperlinks within it are sometimes incorrectly displayed, resulting in them not working when clicked. The exact cause of the issues seems to be at the end of the hyperlink is not correctly detected, causing extra characters to be included as part of it. This is most commonly seen as an extra '>' symbol at the end of the link. The '>' is not supposed to be part of the hyperlink, this there for stops the link from working. Has anyone else seen or had this issue I have attached screen shots showing the issue and extra characters Paul
