New Update: Hornbill Admin Tool (1084)

Hello Everyone

The latest build of Hornbill Admin Tool (1084) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

• workflow - bpm editor: hornbill automation node - add support for "All Roles Picker" as input type.
• sys - org data - site: add tabbed view so can view associated users, add them and remove them. Requires build 3157
• System - Security - SSO Profiles: Add DL Mobile Catalog meta data.

Change

• Sys - Email - Templates: Allow apps to limit the list of entities based on those that actually support email.
• Reporting - Reports: Sql Report - allow selection of tables from other subscribed apps so can do cross app joins.
• sys - org data - sites: when deleting a site do not allow if users are still associated to site. Requires Server Build 3157
• Sys - Data Import Configs: Allow setting of home organisation for user ldap imports.
• System - Security: only users with rightsC.manageSsoProfiles can view security tile

Fix

• system - organisational data : filter by group type option would get re-added to filter list each time goto into view.
• Workflow - BPM Editor: Limit task outcomes to 8 not 10 as client does not support more than 8.
• system - email - template editor: make sure template body uses the "mail.client.defaultFont" setting
• Workflow - BPM Editor: fix decision isSet/isNotSet check so it supports numeric value types
• Application - Simple Lists: Editing simplelist item fails when itemValue has not changed.
• System - Appstore: subscriptions view link to app subscription info throws 403 if opening in same window
• Workflow - PCF Editor: Forms with blank selectbox values would be set to "undefined"
