Since I'm creating and scheduling most of the reports and hence I'm the document owner I am getting a lot of these notifications. It would be good to be able to turn them off or maybe filter the notifications list by category (e.g requests, tasks, documents etc) Regards, Will. There are options to configure your preferences, including document updates There is also a system setting which you can enable which will allow each agent to configure their own Service Manager app notification preferences, which if enabled will add to the default platform notifications which are shown above - the setting below is in admin console > Service Manager > Settings Hope that helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
