Request filter option Rating is set

It would be nice to be able to make a chart for ratings but to filter out all requests where rating is not set.

Is this possible or can it be made possible.

The number not set is so high in relation to the ones where it's set so the scale of the chart makes the others unreadable

+1 for us as well. This would just need the ability to use 'OR' conditions  as per @Jeremy post below, or add the ability to set a criteria of 'is not' null.
