Hornbill Tasks New Status "On Hold"

Hello Support,

My Hornbill Users asked about an Status for Tasks so we can set it to "On hold" like by requests for service manager.

Would that be possible? Background we often have tasks for our admins for example new entry but the windows admin will do it just before the new employee starts his work and so he can have a filter for on hold tasks.

@Nikolaj not possible out of the box as there is no timer specific to the tasks .  I've tagged it as an enhancement as some may find a Status field useful.
