Victor Posted October 28, 2019 Share Posted October 28, 2019 @Nikolaj there was a defect in raise request mechanism: when raising a new request and assigned that request to a team, the notifications for that team will not be sent. We only deployed the fix in your instance for the time being, as you are the most affected. It will be rolled out for everyone eventually via an update.
