Hello

I want to set the 'default visibility' for the priority so that the priority does not show within the customer portal:

i have looked here but cant see a setting:

where/what system setting do i need to change to reflect this?

@Steven Cotterell you can only make the priority visible by exposing the timeline entry created when priority is assigned or changed. The visibility for this type of timeline entry is managed via this app setting: guest.ui.app.com.hornbill.servicemanager.operation.defaultVisibility.escalate

Thanks so much @Victor - a veritable wealth of knowledge  as usual.

As a 'reward', here's a little joke for you.....

How many 'Hornbill' Sith Lords does it take to change a light bulb?

None. It's already on the dark side.

Thank you, I'm here all week...... :P
