Darren Rose Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 Morning Since the update, when opening a task, the 'counts towards milestone' field is empty. This applies to existing tasks, and tasks I've jut created thanks Darren
AlexTumber Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 @Darren Rose thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex

Darren Rose Posted October 8, 2019 Author Posted October 8, 2019 @AlexTumber we've also noticed that you can't change who a task is assigned to. When you take the old name out, and want to add a new one, you can no longer pick someone to add
AlexTumber Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 @Darren Rose our development team is currently working on a fix for this. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Alex 1
Darren Rose Posted October 9, 2019 Author Posted October 9, 2019 Thanks. Not being able to re-assign a task is a big one, so hopefully a fix will come very soon
AlexTumber Posted October 9, 2019 Posted October 9, 2019 Our development team isn looking at this as a matter of urgency.
AlexTumber Posted October 9, 2019 Posted October 9, 2019 @Darren Rose we are having trouble replicating this issue on a number of our development Hornbill instances. Can I ask if this is just happening on a single project or whether it is affecting all of your projects? Alex
Jo Sword Posted October 9, 2019 Posted October 9, 2019 @AlexTumber @Darren Rose this is happening on all projects you cannot reassign tasks to any user that are in the Project Stakeholder list Jo 2
Darren Rose Posted October 9, 2019 Author Posted October 9, 2019 As per @Jo Sword comment, it's on all projects
Nikolaj Posted October 10, 2019 Posted October 10, 2019 HI All, Not on my projects as you can see... regards Nikolaj 1
AlexTumber Posted October 10, 2019 Posted October 10, 2019 @Nikolaj thanks for confirming it works ok for you. We've identified a possible issue whereby a network delay could cause things to attempt to load in the wrong order. We are testing internally and if all is ok will will push out a new update this afternoon. FYI @Darren Rose
