Hide an asset type

Hi All

I have an issue where a number of assets are being loaded incorrectly as Asset Type Server - is there any easy way to hide these assets whilst we address the data issue please? I couldn't see anything obvious that would allow me to hide these items, so just wanted to check if the ability to hide by asset type is available anywhere at all please

unfortunately there is no option to hide by asset type.

Once the Asset Search functionality (similar to the request list search) is introduced into Asset Manager, then will this answer Adrian's query?

@samwoo possibly but i think more might be needed, for example:

You may view these assets in the list, but also on searching in progressive capture, so there are a couple of considerations. 

Maybe having some settings around which types are returned, or maybe which operational state are returned by default, we'll add these to the considerations for this story.
