Custom data field 39

Hi All

When I am working on BPM's and referring to the custom data fields I am not seeing custom data field 39 as listed / available? I have replaced the Get Request Information node to see if it appears, but no requests are showing custom data field 39 - is this correct? I have a screen shot as below from one of our BPM's to show this and as you can see moves from 38 to 40.
