I have typed a search criteria using the Requests box, but my search results appear to be in a random order and I'd like to be able to sort or filter them in some way. Guest Paul Alexander Posted September 23, 2019 Share Posted September 23, 2019 +1 for this please....I find this global search pretty difficult to use, so I tend to go to the 'Advanced filter' in the request list normally. But, as this filter doesn't include the 'completed' and 'cancelled' requests by default, the global search IS still needed sometimes. Being able to see the search results in date order would be helpful, or being able to use additional options to further filter the results, such as the team it was logged by and the sub-status. As you are looking for something to be presented in a request list format, does the Advanced Search on the request list fulfill your needs?
