Hi there,

 

The 'Me Too' option in our Service Portal is not visible in our service portal. Now is this because we don't have a Known Error business process in play?

This would be a great feature for our users and one which I would like to setup in the future:).

Hi @Shamaila.Yousaf

The Me Too feature is specific to published known issues - you can publish either a problem or a known error as an known issue, and then these will appear in the service portal for the subscribed users of the related service, to be able to add themselves via the Me Too option

You can do this on the problem or known error forms as below:
