Guest Paul Alexander Posted September 17, 2019 Share Posted September 17, 2019 In the BPM node to create a new request, there is an option to 'copy the customer', but no option to choose who the customer should be if you select 'no' to this option. Is there a way to change the customer of a ticket in a BPM? I'm trying to log a new, linked request in the BPM (which works fine) but I want the customer to be the owner of the original request...... thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
