davidrb84 Posted September 17, 2019 Posted September 17, 2019 We're having some problems with performance this morning. Slow interactions, e.g. drop downs taking several seconds to load instead of basically instant. I'm also having a "There are no charts configured or visible" message when looking at "My Dashboards" The support health check looks normal Our serverservice logs do have warnings of "Slow API Response" of 1500ms ish showing every second or so, but I can't say if this is normal.
Deen Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 @davidrb84 are these performance issues still persisting? I've taken a look at your instance and there doesn't seem to be any problems at the moment. Let me know if this continues to be a concern and I can monitor your instance.
