Service outage across several instances [RESOLVED]

We are experiencing issues with the service across several instances

The issue is now resolved. RCA is now complete and available.

Looks like our instance is dead (uopservicedesk)

Health check shows failure, and we get the below messages.

This appears for us all, doesn't matter which browser we use.

The Hornbill Status Page is showing
